Summary:

An FBI agent has been assigned to transport an infamous, high-tech thief to Federal prison in Los Angeles. Just as they arrive, the city is devastated by a massive earthquake. Now the two must join forces to fight their way through way through the ravaged streets of L.A. while being hunted by ruthless assassins and dirty cops who have vendettas to settle with both.
