The Great Tribal Leaders of Modern Times interview series offers oral histories of contemporary native leaders who have played vital roles in their people's struggles for sovereignty, self-determination, and treaty rights. This DVD focuses on Roy Sampsel, who is both Choctaw and Wyandot, and and is the director of the Institute for Tribal Government.
