Summary:

The ghost writer: When a gifted ghostwriter is hired to write the memoirs of former British Prime Minister Adam Lang, he quickly finds himself trapped in a web of political and sexual intrigue. Lang is implicated in a scandal over his administration's harsh tactics, and as the ghostwriter digs into the politician's past, he discovers secrets that threaten to jeopardize international relations forever.
Rogue trader: When futures trader Nick Leeson is sent to Singapore by the 200-year-old Barings Bank, he dreams of making a killing in the stock market. Nick's firm believes he's the most successful trader they've ever employed -- but he secretly begins to steal vast amounts of their money to cover his risky financial wagering.
Velvet goldmine: It's been 10 years since glam-rock superstar Brian Slade faked his own death and vanished from the spotlight. Now, it's the job of an investigative reporter to locate this living legend and uncover the truth behind his disappearance.
The impossible: Based on a true story of a family caught, with tens of thousands of strangers, in the mayhem of one of the worst natural catastrophes of our time. But the true-life terror is tempered by the unexpected displays of compassion, courage, and simple kindness that Maria and her family encounter during the darkest hours of their lives.
